@michelle0620 all plans have unlimited texting.
Or are you more worried about privacy. This wouldnt be a Public Mobile issue, but an issue at the device. Turn off back ground apps from running. When you look at the numbers you can do a number look up on Google and see who they belong to. Sometimes if it is a company it will come up, or if others have had thia problem.
Bottom line though this wouldnt be a problem because of your service, its a device issue or as @JoyLuck said maybe someone in your hime has access to the phone.
cheers

@michelle0620 , my first guess is there is something not right with the texting app or operating system on the phone. The time stamp for a sent message is not when the send button is hit but when the phone actually sends out the messages successfully. Likewise, the time stamp for received messages is when the phone actually picks up the message and not when the message was sent out from the sender. I would try rebooting the phone, perhaps clearing the cache on the messaging app, force closing it and restarting. Check also connectivity to the network to make sure there are no spurious disconnects.

What time zone are you in
History is on est times.
If you are with iPhone it's possible that the phone is doing it in the background, I've read here in the community that iPhones would drain some measured texts (long ago when 10 plan was in wide use)

Does anyone else have access to your phone?

Some background apps will sent texts without phone owner knowing. Ie. iMessage does that sometimes. Is there a specific number that is texted?
