You can change your current number with any plan up to 4 times a month.

No. Your account is unique and cannot be mixed or transferred to another account.
You can change your number but cannot transfer it to another PM customer.

What do you mean ?
You can change your plan anytime you want.
You can select a different number if you want...but not a number already in use, of course.

According to PM management, customers are not able to switch plans with another PM account. However, there have been some exceptions in the past. That loophole may be closed now though. You will need to contact customer service agent to discuss your specific request. Officially, the answer should be no, but it has been allowed in the past. YMMV

@newtopublic1 hi no you would need to switch plan in that account, you cant transfer anything between accounts but you can change names or emails , things like that
