I recently changed my credit card number and forgot to inform Public. Therefore my services were suspended. When I updated to the new credit card number my plan came up without the auto payment and referral discounts. How do I get those discounts reapplied? The payment I made today was for the full amount of the plan without the deductions.

@Bushee88 It sounds like your credit card update coincided with Public Mobile's moving of everyone on the old rewards system to the new points system with no more autopay discounts. You do still get the referrals but have to collect the points and apply them to your bill yourself. You will also get 5% in points on each payment and 10 points "loyalty" on your yearly anniversary.
