If I go abroad for vacation, can I suspend the phone service for a few months? If yes how do I go about doing it and have it restored when I return?

I need to confirm that the 90 days is from the start of one cycle to the end of the third cycle and NOT any 90 days
It's 90 days of plan suspension that causes an account to be closed. The amount of time since the last top up payment and the amount of time since travelling commenced have never been determining factors. Also, turning off the "subscription" to autopay doesn't in itself cause a plan to go into suspension. Doing that does not stop the service/plan that has already been paid for from working, nor does it force an account into suspension at the next renewal time if there ends up being enough Public Mobile account balance at that time.

hi @johnpb_421
you can get the code via email. Click Didn't Receive code or Resend code and check if Send email is an option
I would suggest you test that first before your trip. Accounts need to get the code via SMS once before that send email option will appear . So, test to confirm before your trip or you will be in trouble

I have another question
When my phone service is suspended (ie for the 85 days) how do I get back into my account to resume the service as I would not be able to get the code for the second authentication?
The code is sent to my phone.

Am I to assume that the suspension period is from the renewal of one period of service to the end of the third period of service?
I assume that the resumption of service is the same procedure as the suspension of service.

90 days at max or you will lose the phone number
if you are going longer than 90 days, what people do is to suspend for 85 days, come back and reactivate for 30 days, suspend again for another 85 days and so on
To suspend the service, turn off Autopay at My Account->Payment->Manage Subscription and then turn off Subscribed
