I have another questionWhen my phone service is suspended (ie for the 85 days) how do I get back into my account to resume the service as I would not be able to get the code for the second authentication?The code is sent to my phone.
Am I to assume that the suspension period is from the renewal of one period of service to the end of the third period of service?I assume that the resumption of service is the same procedure as the suspension of service.

When I dialled the 778 number, I got a recorded message " Hi Public mobile here, your call cannot be completed as dialled, please check your number and dialled again"
