My telephone service is suspended.I already made my payment before the due date which is March 7 2022

I made my payment on Friday March 4 2022 by credit card.

it shows my balance 38.00

amount owing $0.00

Why is my service suspended?

@darlicious  but did OP have services or not. My guess is, based on their original post was, it was likely. 

And possibly seeing that message @Meow posted, which freaked us all out at on point or another.

@pissed  - your due date was March 7th and you posted this on March 7th. 

That Suspended message you see on your My Account/Self Serve is experienced by all of us on the morning/day of our renewals.

 

The important thing is that you have your services working and either you have a card registered for Autopay or you have enough Available Funds in your account for the plan to renew.

 

Sounds like this was just a regular occurence of your plan renewal. 🙂

Renewals are probably just running late....do you still have service? If so don't worry about it your payment will be taken in next couple of hours and your status on the overview page will update to active. Otherwise follow @softech 's instructions if your services are not working.

@pissed   When you login to My Account, does it shows Account Suspended?

You mentioned about the $38, is it show as Available Fund?    Is your Plan $35 ?

 

If you see $38 as Available Fund and account suspended, please go back to the Payment Tab, One Time Payment, and then use "Other (Enter the desired payment amount)" option to load an extra $1 into the account to trigger the process.   (however, if you see Available Fund = $0, you would have to use the same option but manually enter the plan amount there)

Then submit the payment.  once payment is successfully summitted, click on the button "Reactivate current plan" if there is one

 

Then logoff from My Account and Reboot your phone and it should work
