Trying to pay with my registered credit which auto pay set up but it not working?

If you are having difficulties, @fmomen , you might want to try entirely removing the registered card, logging out from the system, then signing up for auto-pay again by re-entering the card. You may even want to try registering a different card (if available)
If you are in a pinch and really need to make a payment, perhaps go to a mobile shop (or shoppers, canadian tire, london drugs, etc) and purchase a Public Mobile payment voucher.
These can be added to your account via self-serve (under the Payment tab), or by calling *611.

@fmomen - so you already have your card registered on the account?
Why are you trying to pay, if you have a card registered (edit for Autopay)? Are your services working currently?
When you select "Make a payment" choose the "Other (Enter the desired payment amount)" option, instead of the Amount Due:
If you tried too many failed attempts, log out and try again in 1 hour (as it may have temporarily put a fraud alert on you, but it should clear up when you try again).
Or, are you able to try and call 611 to make a payment to top up?
