I have a suspended account.
I tried to make a payment 3 times and it still would not re-instate.
what should I do?

Same exact issue, placed a ticket in about it around 9:30AM and still no response. I wouldn't hold your breath on getting this issue resolved, move to a different carrier. I know I will.

@cmartina can you try to login My Account again using Incgonito mode and see what the account status is? Also check Payment history page and see how many payment it shows
