Help!

I would like to switch my plan, and I'm not sure when to do it. My current plan just renewed and I'm scared that if I switch now, that I'll have to pay twice for this month, since I have to pay for this month on my old plan as well as the bill for the new plan. What day should I switch plans? On my next renewal date, so I only pay for one plan?

You'll be given the option to either Change plan now OR Change plan on renewal date. Best is to Change plan on renewal date...that way you're set for the change when current plan expires and you won't pay until next renewal when your new selection takes effect. If you decide to change your mind, you can cancel the new plan change without penalty anytime before it takers effect.

You are correct.  Public mobile does not pro-rate plans.  It is best to change plans at next renewal date.  If you change plans now, you will be billed again the full 30 days.
