So what part of stupidity is involved here.
When you set up an account, anywhere for anything, do you not record the particulars?

Here are the options you were presented with when creating your self serve account do any of them ring true?
Otherwise follow the instructions to contact customer support.
To contact customer support : Submit a support ticket via SIMon the chat bot Click here
Or if you cannot submit a ticket via SIMon then Click here ....for additional member supplied info.

CSA is your only option, they will sort it out once you answer some verification questions. Autofill is always your friend lol

If you can't remember your security question, you will need to contact a CS_Agent via private message (envelope icon) or create a ticket via SIMon Chabot bottom of the page. Staff are available from 6:00am to 10:00pm EST.
This extra security is to avoid fraudulent access to your account.

So the title on your question was self-diagnosed huh ! Don't be too hard on yourself...happens alot actually.
Follow advise of the Community Forum contributor, above.
Prolly a good idea to write down and save the security question, pin number and passwords.

@airirustad If you cannot self reset the password, open a ticket with PM Support :
