I'm roaming right now. I bought the talk/text/data plan plus an extra data addon. Both have been paid for. The second data addon is not showing up in my account.

Wording and language is always open to interpretation. Images tell the story.
I also don't know if roaming data shows up in the usage logs. Maybe you could look since the 25th. Or on your phone if you can narrow it to just the last couple days.

My guess is that bottom line IS your second data purchase. You said you imagined running out of the 250 quickly. Here you are on the second one.
I'm not sure what the data line description is for the bundled data.

HI@echo852 You really should not buy the extra 250 data on the same, your 2 set of data will expire on the same day.
It looks like one of the data is not show up on the account. I think you need to open ticket with CS Agent to get that straight

Contact the support people if you see the add-on was purchased but not showing up.

Okay, you are not listening to me.
I HAVE PAID. There is NO BALANCE. It is listed in my completed transactions list. I don't know how to make this any clearer.

But did you in fact complete the purchase for it? Do you still have a balance with that amount in it?
See if any other add-ons show up in the plan details page.

That isn't the problem. I knew I would go through that data quickly. That's why I bought a second data addon. That second addon is not showing up, but it has been paid for.

Do you still have an amount in your balance? If so then you didn't complete that purchase. The bundle data is only 250MB. That could go quite quickly depending on phone settings and app syncs.

I am still in the States, but I bought both before leaving Canada.
The payments did go through; I have both purchases in my history.
The only reason I checked for the second addon is because I got a notice that I was almost through my data on day two. Which shouldn't have happened.

If you followed correct add-on buying process, try rebooting your phone and log out/in from your account.
Oh... Since you bought TWO US data add-ons, it is possible they will not show up at the same time.

Are you in the states? Did you buy the ten day add on? If you are you can only buy one at a time
