stranger outgoing number and now i can't receive calls or incoming texts

the number is 1-705-780-4001 shows short outgoing calls that i am not making please help

That's your voice-mail number. When you have an incoming call that goes to voice-mail it will showing your usage as the number it's call forwarded to or when you call your voice-mail. Very short calls of 10 seconds or less usually means the incoming caller has hung up before listening to your voicemail message as pm calculates a call including the ring time if the call connects.

@jtapp hi the 4001 number is your voicemail when you are checking it , if you are on the limited usage plan those minutes count towards your minutes used but it doesn't effect incoming calls or texts
