I am having issues with my texts.... i can send them but not receive them. How do i fix this?

I didn't port or reset anything. I cannot receive calls or texts from friends or banks

Did you ported your old number to PM recently?

Did you reply to the text confirming you are porting over to PM with your old SIM in your phone?

first, you can reset incoming calls?

do you just have problem with 2FA system text? or you have problem with incoming text from friends as well/

if it is just 2FA text and you just ported into PM for less than a week, it is normal.  It can take as many as 7 days for system generated text to know you changed provider and route the text properly to your new provider
