hi, i just had my SIm swapped with Public and it created a horrible mess. They hacked into all my accounts including bank and credit card. When i asked for help from Public mobile there was no one to call, and online took over 12 hours to get through. When someone finally did, he was really mean and unhelpful. He showed no consideration for the stress and anxiety this situation got me into.

hi @MelanieFurman sorry for your experience. Was your sim got hijacked? I believe it was not a fault on PM side. With your bad experience with PM agent, ask them to escalate with senior support stuff to make a formal complain
