I purchased a sim card in January (23) and have still not received it how long does it take?

it can take up to a month if you need one faster I recommend visiting your local Telus

It may have got lost in the mail if you contact customer support they will send a new one

@caineji  Can take up to 3 weeks , but if you ordered in January my guess it’s been lost in mail you will need to contact support for a refund / credit or to issue a new one … if you want one sooner try local Koodo kiosk for in person pick up

@caineji   It could take as many as 3 weeks for PM to deliver the sim card. But I think you are out of the 3 weeks windows.  So,  you can open ticket with PM support to confirm if they got the order and if the sim card is on the way

 

 

1. Please open ticket via Chatbot (need access to My Account): At https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

Start by typing "Sim card order", then click "Contact Us",  then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗" 

2. If you have trouble with Chatbot or you don't have access to My Account: Private message CS Agent at:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there

 

As per PM, delivery time frame is 5-10 business days.

Your SIM takes way too longer and I would suggest to contact agent for replacement since there is no tracking of PM SIM (delivered by Canada Post).

Having a ticket is preferred way to contact agent as they might respond faster then receiving personal mail.

If opening a ticket does not work very first time, contact agent directly.

Agent’s response is usually between 15 and 120 minutes with a ticket. Private message might take longer.
