paid the bill about an hour ago- Still no service and no explanation-text and wifi are working - tried restarting the phone a few times
Any ideas?

@angelak1 Wifi is not a Public Mobile issue, or do you mean cellular data? By texts do you mean SMS or something like iMessage? It makes a difference to what is actually working, or not.

@angelak1 - Does my account still say "Unsubscribed" in Payments > Manage Subscription or in the app at Overview > Manage Subscription > Subscription renewal.
Does it say "Subscribed?"

submit ticket with support . using the chat bubble bottom right of screen
