One time code from Ticketmaster

I'm having trouble receiving a one time code from Ticketmaster to verify my account. Any ideas

What I´ve been doing is just asking via chat to change my phone number, and use some friends number to get some codes.

I noticed that It recieves between 4-8 codes per phone and then it stops, but it was the only way  to transfer my tickets and prevent losing my money.

Not the real solution, but I hope it helps.

@Handy1  @TerryEG   I just saw that Terry has posted before about a plan change several weeks ago so doesn't look like we were on the right track there, not a recent port.

@TerryEG  If you just joined PM under a week ago . Note that it can take up to 7days after moving to a new provider to get 2FA codes . So if it hasn’t been a week already by that time it should start to work . It’s a built in security feature to prevent SIM card fraud

@TerryEG   Did you port to Public Mobile from another provider in the last few days?  If so it can take several days for authorization codes to start coming through.
