I have the same problem, my account was closed after I ported out my line and hence I cannot login to My Account anymore. How do I cancel the account and remove the credit card info?

Hi there!
If your account was closed after porting out your number, that’s expected — accounts are automatically cancelled once the port is complete.
Since the account is deactivated, you can no longer log in, but no further charges will be made. Your credit card won’t be billed again.
