So I want to switch to the $34 plan with 60 GB data and unlimited data at reduced speed. The concern I have is that when you click on "ℹ️ Learn More" it omits the line referring to unlimited data at reduced speed (under the heading of "What's Included".
I am currently on a plan that's not currently available so if i switch and find out that it doesn't have the unlimited data included, I can't switch back.
How do I get real humans to fix the error on the site and/or assure me that it is included and that it's safe to switch? This feature it THE ONLY advantage for me switching.

yes, I clicked on the Info and could not see it mentions about the unlimited reduced speed. It is best to confirm with PM agent to see if that $34 plan includes unlimited data at reduced speed
