Hi, I am a new immigrant in Canada. I've purchased a SIM card on Sept. 24. I was wondering when can I get the card delivered? Because I am now quarantined in a hotel, after several days, I will depart from this hotel, then it will be very hard to get the courier. Where can I get the details of the delivery? You SIM card may be arrived at your hotel after you left your hotel as pointed out by previous posts.

Which city are you quarantined at?

If you are in Calgary, I can mail you a PM SIM card tomorrow and your will receive it on Thursday.  No charge for you.  It is a welcome gift from me.

Are you going to stay with friend or family after quarantine?

I can send a PM SIM card to her/his address.

Should have given a permanent address instead of hotel.

Hotel quarantine is for 14 days or 3 hotel +11 isolation in home and I m not sure you ll get the delivery by then. Give canadapost a forwarding address, not sure they charge anything for that or not. You would be better off with one SIM from Canadian Cell Supplies as mentioned above.

I hope you have friends/relatives in Canada with permanent address. If you provided hotel's address that will be really challenging to get your SIM.

As deliver time varies, you can expect it around Oct. 11th if you are very lucky.

In the meantime, you can get another SIM from retailer, activate it and when SIN#1 arrives keep it as spare or share (sell) to another friend.

Unfortunately pm takes a long time to ship. You will probably have to leave a forwarding address with the hotel. You can save some extra money with an activation bundle with Canadian Cell Supplies but be aware that some promotions are for online activations only so you must decide which type of activation (online or in-store) benefits you best.

The SIM card was likely shipped regular Canada Post, so there is probably no tracking number for your shipment.

Otherwise, I would say expect 2-3 weeks delivery.
