My husband and i have been having trouble with cellular data. I have an iphone and he has an andriod. Yesterday we both could not get on the internet or use any aps. And the same this is happening today. Turned off and on airplane mode as well as the cellular data. Works for a few minutes and then cuts out.
Any ideas????

there seems to be problem with Mobile data in some area. Try Reboot phone and click Reset network settings

Are you in Ontario? Public Mobile is experiencing some service issues now and mobile data might not be stable until the issue is fully resolved. In the meantime, Reboot your phone every once in a while

PM has been having some data issues for some subscribers, so, it likely you are just part of those affected.
Try Reboot phone and Reset network settings when needed

Starting 2 days ago noticed data drops on mine and my partner's seperate plans. They are active. Have tried resetting network powering off phones.toggling between airplane mode sometimes helps.

I'm in Midland and am also having issues as of yesterday, rebooting my phone no longer works 😞

Same happened here in Saint-Laurent (Montreal, QC) since yesterday. No data network connection, only voice on 3G network. Phone is usually connected to LTE+ or LTE networks. Just rebooted the phone as suggested and now it seems that LTE+ has come back on.

If you have a physical SIM card testing in another phone.
You could also reset your phone networks to see if that will help.

I did reboot phone, and it would work for a second and then out again, I rest the network settings and then another reboot and still no data.
