Cellular data

My husband and i have been having trouble with cellular data. I have an iphone and he has an andriod. Yesterday we both could not get on the internet or use any aps. And the same this is happening today.  Turned off and on airplane mode as well as the cellular data. Works for a few minutes and then cuts out.

Any ideas????

Just activated my new number.

 

Can make outgoing calls however CAN NOT received incoming calls. Wow.

PM is having some internet trouble in some area.  Try to Reboot the phone and Reset network settings

Following resetting the network, rebooting my phone and turning airplane mode on and off, I now have data back!

there seems to be problem with Mobile data in some area. Try Reboot phone and click Reset network settings

if you need to submit ticket, you can use Chatbot here:

             Type the question "Ticket", Then click the following in order: "Account Management" , "Log In".

For no apparent reason my data has stopped working. I haven't got anywhere near my limit and I've checked all my settings and nothing has changed. Any help would be appreciated!

Are you in Ontario?  Public Mobile is experiencing some service issues now and mobile data might not be stable until the issue is fully resolved.  In the meantime, Reboot your phone every once in a while

I have service and full bars but my data randomly goes away. It won’t say lte or anything. it works when i turn my phone fully off and back on but just wondering if there’s a quicker way so I don’t have to do that 10 times a day.

I had been using it without any problems, but since yesterday, my internet connection keeps disconnecting

When I turn my phone off and on again, it connects for a short time, but then it disconnects again. This keeps happening repeatedly.

What should I do?

I am not getting internet in my mobile since yesterday. However I am able to make call only internet is not there. I recently opt to upgrade the plan which will be applicable from tomorrow. is that somthing impacting my mobile internet.

It appear that there is an issue. For now, they airplane mode on and off.

  • All day I had issues sending texts and accessing anything with data.  I need this for work any idea what's going and and if it's in the works to correct?

PM has been having some data issues for some subscribers, so, it likely you are just part of those affected. 

Try Reboot phone and Reset network settings when needed

Starting 2 days ago noticed  data drops on mine and my partner's seperate plans. They are active. Have tried resetting network powering off phones.toggling  between airplane mode sometimes helps.

I'm in Midland and am also having issues as of yesterday, rebooting my phone no longer works 😞

Same happened here in Saint-Laurent (Montreal, QC) since yesterday. No data network connection, only voice on 3G network. Phone is usually connected to LTE+ or LTE networks. Just rebooted the phone as suggested and now it seems that LTE+ has come back on. 

If you have a physical SIM card testing in another phone. 

You could also reset your phone networks to see if that will help.

If no success message support for assistance.

I did reboot phone, and it would work for a second and then out again, I rest the network settings and then another reboot and still no data.
