@Carlene_52 You have so many posts opened and honestly hard to keep track.
If you text issue is that you cannot create a My Account Self-Serve, first
try Forgot Password link and then see if you can put in the correct email address you used and answer the security question.
if you cannot get through there, it might confirm that you never made a Self-Serve account. I guess the only option left is to open a ticket with Private messaging PM Support.

**Monitor your Community inbox, envelope on the top right, after ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply and work with you via messaging there

Yes, you cannot receive text for 2FA to approve the SIM card change, but you can use email:
The screenshot is not the best, but on the 2nd screenshot, at the box where it is highlighted, the 2nd choice is to Email the code to your email address. Pick that one when you select your 2FA method

or you need to Contact Customer Support Agent by CS_Agent, and Explain your issue to
they can solve your issue, they are nice Service Team they will help you 100%.
and them will reset for you,
