@Tsellathurai : How about:
1. register a payment card in the self-serve and make manual payments or turn on autopay
2. use the 611 service with that registered payment card (4 digit account PIN required)
3. buy vouchers in many stores or online and use the 611 service to redeem (no 4 digit PIN required) or use the self-serve
4. use the Instant Top-up service in a few stores

(interesting .. subject Payment with a blank message is common here.. Just had another one earlier this week on the French side. ..)
