No, unless you have a Canada-US plan
if you have regular plan, you have to buy proper roaming add-on to use any service in US

No, you will need to subscribe to the Canada/USA plan for unlimited calling and texting. The data is not unlimited but will be based on the amount you subscribe.
If you are on the Canada plan then you need to purchase a Roaming bundle.
