retrieved phone number

Got a question? Have a friend and she lost her cellphone, She got a new sim card and a phone, want to know how can she retrieve her phone number, what she needs to do?

she just need to login to My Account using a computer (don't use mobile phone for this, it has a bug and won't work), Click Quick Links on the top right and then Change Sim card

Tell your friend that she can login her account, if her account is still activated then change sim card number to the new one. She will keep her phone number.
