Get refund for roaming purchased January 3 / 2023

Of all the refund requests around here, you’re in luck.

 

The US roaming add-ons are the most ornery  add-ons on public mobiles suite of add-on choices.

 

Follow above advice for contact to support for a refund.

 

You’re more likely to get this if you purchased it for actual use (and could not get it to work) or if you purchased the incorrect add-on vs just changing your mind.

@PublicMob5   if roaming didn't work, PM usually would refund fully or partially based on the situation.  Please open a ticket with PM support and discuss with them

 

 

1. Please open ticket via Chatbot (need access to My Account): At https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", Then click "Other", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗" 

2. If you have trouble with Chatbot or you don't have access to My Account: Private message CS Agent at:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there

No worries, just contact a CS_Agent by creating a ticket through SIMon Chatbot at the bottom of the page or private message on the envelope icon above. Explain that the Add-on wasn’t working.

Are you asking How to get refund for non working US add-on?

 

You have to contact agent and explain your situation.

To Contact CSA-agent; there are 2 methods:

Ticket has to be opened through chatbot - https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html

Having a ticket is preferred way to contact agent as they might respond faster then receiving personal mail.

If opening a ticket does not work very first time, contact agent directly.
