referred by my son

my sons referral code is xxxxxxxxxxx  i wasn't able to enter it earlier.  how can i get this message to the right people?

It is against PM rules to post your referral code on this Community so click on the reverse V in circle and blank it out.

@bonaventure   please update your post to remove the code, you are not supposed to post the code there

No worry, you can ask support to manually add it back , just open a ticket with them

1. Open ticket via Chatbot at: https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html

             Click "Yes, I'm a customer", then click "Sign In", once signed in, ignore the choices and type "Contact agent"
              Then click "Contact Us", and click "My Account".  Finally click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗ " and you can open the ticket

2. Or if you have trouble with Chatbot, Private message CS agent at

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there
