Used referral to start with Public Mobile, but my referred did not receive points

Hello, I joined a few months ago using a referral code, but my referred has not received any monthly points, nor have I received the 10 point credit.

On your side of things, there is no 10 point credit.  The new customer who was referred gets a $10 available balance account credit, but that will not show up anywhere in your rewards account.

You can create a ticket with a CS Agent to investigate. They too will have to contact a CS Agent as well.

usually it is the one who joined to help to ask PM support to check if the credit and rewards are added on both sides

please help your friend by  submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:

             Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".
