Just signed up my friend using my referral code. He didn’t get $10 and I can’t see him in referred list. Not sure what happened..

If your friend entered the referral code correctly. You should have gotten a notice from PM with a congrats notice for referring a friend or family.

hi @Brett4 if you just sign up tuur friend, you need to wait 72 hours. your friend should see the $10 as a credit within. 72 hours and you will see it as an extra rewards point on your next renewal.
if your friend doesn't see the $10 credit in 72 hours, ask your friend to submit a ticket to CS support agent

Provide details like the referral code, your friend's phone number, and your own account information to help them resolve the issue. It is possible that there was a glitch or the code was entered incorrectly, as the credit can take up to 72 hours to appear.
