referal from new PM phone number

Hi there

I just made a new PM account and ported my number in a week ago. Can I use that number to do refer my second line? Or is it too soon and you need to be with PM for a length of time before being able to refer?

I lost a friend referral when I activated a new number, and then ported after I got all services working.

My friend attempted to use my port-in number, and was advised on screen at the time, this is not a valid Public Mobile number.

This was before the Moderators could assign referrals post activation, but I do not know if the delay of a phone number port in to friend referral activation ready has been resolved.

@jennhuynh, there is no wait time to do referrals.  As soon as an account is active, the number in that account is eligible to refer.

Yes you can use your number as a referral.
