Greetings,
I'm trying to upgrade my Son's phone (iPhone 10) and the public mobile sim card is listed as off after inserting it into the new phone (iPhone 12).
I have tried re-inserting and restarting several times.
The phone number shows up correctly on the iPhone 12 as the primary SIM, but it is listed as "off."
Any guidance would be much appreciated.
Thanks,
Ryan

I can't say for sure if this will work but... have you tried the sim card in a different phone that's NOT an iphone?
