I have an unlocked Samsung Galaxy s10. I am able to see bars on my phone with public. But I can't call or text or use data. Any solutions? I tried resetting networks, re inserting sim, restarting. Nothing works yet.

I've tried to change the network to 3g 4g global 5g. Nothing works. No connection to mobile data but I have full bars of service. That's it.

I paid my bill recently. This is my first time using the service. I came back to Canada after travelling internationally and using an international cell service. No settings that I changed myself.

First confirm you are active subscriber and bill is paid.
Did loos of service occurred today or you had service up to now?
Did you change any phone's settings recently?

does the sim work on another phone earlier?
mobile network works or not? Does it show connected to PM network ? Try changing the network mode. Test both 3G Only (or WCDMA only) and 4G (or LTE)
