i havebeen a customer for years and we spend 4 months in mexico 
i want to change my plan to the 39.00 one that includes mexico and 60 gigs
can you please help me

Yes, you won’t be able to change back to your old plan. Login into your account and under Subscription>Manage Subscription>Change Subscription…those are the plans you are eligible to switch to. Noticed that the plans are higher than the one your are currently on.

PM changed this at the beginning of the year.

I am surprised you can't downgrade. PM wont let you change it back after your trip is over?

Is there any lower priced plan available to you right now?  Getting it first might make the plan that you want available.

I was on the $36 Canada USA plan with 50GB 5G and wished rhe $35 Canada USA Mexico plan but because it was a lower price, it wasn’t available for me. As of mid Feb, I’m on the more expensive $39 Canada USA Mexico 68GB plan — way too much data for my needs but will cover me for our upcoming Puerto Vallarta vacation

Simply login to your account then to Subscription tab>Manage Subscription>Change Subscription and there it will list all the plans you are eligible for.

Please keep in mind that you can’t downgrade (lower priced) your plan once you switch over. Also, you can switch the plan on your next renewal date so you won’t be charged for the existing plan and the new plan. PM is not prorated so you will forfeit any unused days.

you don't need PM to help you to change, just login My Account and make the plan change on Change Subscription page

HI @Sues 

you can only change to plans available on your My Account and you can do so yourself

Login My Account, go to Change Subscription.  Go through the plan and find the Canada/US/Mexico roaming plan that you like, then click Change on Renewal to schedule a plan change (Unless you are making the trip before renewal, then you will click Change Now, but you might want to do that closer to the trip date so you don't waste money on your current plan)
