Not sure what changed, but noticed that I have 2 referals but it is only 1$ reward. Before it was 2$.

Any idea?

Do you know that both referrals are still active? If one becomes inactive you will lose that reward $1.

Very strange, checked today -2$ again.. 

Both referrals are active and were not disabled or something...

Probably indeed some glitch..

Btw, what is proper way to open ticket?

Perhaps one of the friends' account has gone into suspension.

There has been a glitch in the system, where the rewards dollars goes up/down by 1-2 dollars.  

The other possibility is one of your friends account is in suspended state or inactive presently.  Once active again, the $1 comes back.
