I referred a friend but my referral code was not accepted. What is the next step?

@PikabuDan Ask you friend to contact support and explain what happened and make sure to use 0 (zero) not o(oh) in the code and they can apply it for you two

That is because he use an O and not 0 (zero).
He will need to contact a CS_Agent if he already created an account for the $10 credit.

If hé haven’t completed step 6. He can start over again.
BTW, it is against PM policy to post your referral code so edit it out.
