HI
My plan is suspended due to insufficient fund in my balance .I am trying to reactivate my plan by paying the amount due, but the money transaction is not working and gets rejected. Any suggestion? Thank Mehri

To reactivate account, do manual pay, choose "Other" as payment type and pay your plan cost. Credit card has to be registered with PM. You can make only 2 attempts to pay this way. If it fails you will have to wait an hour to try again.

@mehri Try to use "Other (Enter the desired payment amount)" option instead and manually enter the plan amount. This could work.
Once payment is completed, logoff and reboot the phone
