Hi Everybody,
I'm waiting on a reply to a trouble ticket.
Thought I'd ask for help wwhile I'm waiting.
I have re-enabled auto payments on the same day my payment was to be made (today).
Will the payment be taken later today?
I have followed instructions to reactivate the service, but I don't get an option to make a payment with the card on file for auto pay.

For the future, something such as this wouldn't usually require a ticket to be opened. When a service is supsended for non-payjment, the enabling of pre-authorized payments wouldn't ever reactivate your service. The steps provided earlier to make a manual payment would have reactivated your services.

Payments are processed in early morning hours - to my nest knowledge so reactivating autopay today will work on next renewal.
If you have no service you have to pay manually either through web site, calling 611 or other number or using voucher.

After powercycling, still no change.
Will wait for reply to trouble ticket.
Just concerned, I haven't had to wait more than about 60 mins for a reply in the past.

I logged in with Incognito Mode. Same result.

reboot the phone once more
if nothing work, i guess really need to wait for support
please message them again if you don't hear anything for 3 hours

I have no service at this time. I re-enabled auto pay about 60 mins ago.
When I log into my account, I see account status as active, and when I hit reactive account, it takes me to page that shows me my plan, but no option to continue to payment.

do you have servive now?? on renewal morning, the renewal might be late and account might show suspended?, but as long as service nit interrupted, just wait till the renewal process to complete
if you have no services, then login My Account using Incognito mode, yiu should see account status suspended amd a button Reactivate my plan. Click on that and pay. But again, you only do this if yiu have no service now
