I was trying to login to my public mobile self serve account, whenever I try and login it presents a blank page with
{"message":"Unauthorized"}
Is this a temporary problem...? Should I be concerned? How do I get around this?

(trying to ask you to message them instead of via Chatbot as you might not be able to get pass the My Acccount or PIN validation )

@JUNA1D5HAH- In response to the agent, as long as you can verify account information then you can talk to the agent.
Have you tried other locations for a different wifi connection or even your cell data?
Adding - and don't respond to them here. Just in private message.

HI @JUNA1D5HAH Must be something wrong then,
nothing much you can do at the moment other than opening ticket with PM:
at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:
start by typing : Contact CS Agent
then Click "Contact Us"
then Click "Other"
finally Click "Click here to submit a ticket"
you will then direct to another page to open ticket.
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the CS Agent (but this can take longer):

I am trying to login for my wife's account and it will not let me in....keep getting message unauthorized....she runs her business from that number.....PLEASE HELP!!!!!

@jbenmorgan It's more a browser/cache issue. I have been on the site the whole morning and tested another login just now

@jbenmorgan Got that myself before too. It is likely just a browser issue
Try to clear cache and restart browser
or try another browser like (Edge or Firefox or Chrome)
Or try incognito mode
lastly, try on another device. If you are using a phone or tablet now, try on a desktop or laptop
