For an account with a website, I need an SMS verification code to change my email address.
The website has correctly associated my number with my account, but I do not receive their verification codes.
In some support articles, this website states that they send "premium" SMS messages.
If I am using the 15/month plan, am I able to receive "premium" SMS messages?

BTW: I do not want PM to ever support ANY premium charge back texts. They are a pandora's box for scammers. As PM has no "pay for use" services we are currently safe. These are a big problem in Europe.

@userFour Unfortunately, PM does not do a good job supporting short codes/premium texts.
For those not listed you will need to contact the organization for support: https://www.txt.ca/en/current-short-code-programs/

My understanding is that you should be able to receive "Premium" text messages on the $15 plan if the messages are to/from Canadian numbers.
It says "Premium and subscription-based messaging, to and from non-Canadian numbers, are not included.", which suggests it only wouldn't be included if from a non-Canadian number.

I've never heard of premium SMS messages. Maybe this will help you.

PM only has Unlimited International Text and Picture Messaging.
