"My rewards" is down for maintenance?

Dear community,
For the past 2 days I've been trying to log in to access my points but have been getting the error
"This page is currently unavailable or down for maintenance"
Wanted to check if anyone else is getting this error?
Also
The eta for "my rewards" site to be operational again?

I am but I get that same screen once in awhile when trying to sign in.

@JL9 but you are on the new Point system, right? I think anyone on the old one won't work

Seems to be hit and miss, clicking a few times on the return (sometimes it's the first sometimes its 2 or 3) but seems to work.

I believe it is only down for those on the old rewards system. With the new one.. it should be working fine
the page you got, if you notice from the side tabs, it was showing the tabs for the new Rewards system (Rewards-Catalogue-Activity..) . So, it looks like the system was trying to lookup the info from the new system for all of us who still in the old system. Hence, there is the error.
Not sure what's wrong, not sure if PM even aware..

Very weird. It is on and off. Once can sign in, after few minutes cannot.

@Owenswake I encountered this yesterday and still today. BUT from the error page click the little arrow (Circled on screenshot below) then you have a drop down of options. Click rewards. It takes a bit to load but everything comes up working. Try it out

I just signed in but in a round about way....I go to sign in and choose rewards and it brings me to the self serve log in page. I then go to the sign in at the top right and click rewards which brings me to the rewards sign in and let's me sign in. It has also in the past few days given me the oops error and I click the return button and it's brought me into my rewards account? So it's definitely glitch but you can access it with some trial and error.

To pre-verify your account include your full name, address, email, phone # and 4 digit acct pin #.

No, 🙂 I just but just just logged in with Chrome and all is good
It could be timing or famous 'try with different browser'.

@Owenswake Yes, just tried logging into the Rewards account and just get the following message:
"Something went wrong"
Try again in about an hour, seems like this has been happening a lot over the last few days. Remember to clear cache/cookies and use incognito/privacy mode or even another browser before trying again.

Public Mobile has not give a timeframe for a fix. You'll need to try at a later time.
