so ive been trying to contact any support so i can get my puk code but have been failing to actually reach any cs agent or get any help i just want to use my services that ive paid for please help or i think i may just switch providers

what was the exact error message? Depends on the message, you have to ask the PUK code from different places
If the message is "SIM network unlock PIN" or "SIM ME lock code NP" or "SIM not Supported" or on an iPhone's About->Carrier Lock showing "SIM locked"
You have to ask the carrier where you got the phone from for the carrier help unlocking it.

What is the message you're getting?
If you're getting:
"SIM network PIN blocked. Enter SIM network PUK." on a Samsung phone then call Samsung at 1-800-726-7864 and they will give you a code to unlock it. They'll want the IMEI of the phone in question.
If any of these:
These mean the phone is locked to a previous provider. You'll need to contact them to unlock the phone.
