The app texts the verification code to a number that is not mine. How can i get it uodatedto the correct number (my actual telus cell phone number)?

@Wheelz18 on that site it should have to option to send code to email email.
If it says didn't get code? Click on it and it and choose option to send to your email.
If you don't get that option, you would need the help of a rep.
