@LATM  Assuming the price suits you, the year warranty is a decided bonus for refurb phone. Many suppliers provide only 90 day warranty on such.

No older than July 2020 which is when Telus released the moto e 2020. I purchased then from Telus direct.

Good call volume quality. December 2021 security update Android 10. Google pay app.

Good text and call basic up to date phone.

Community members here on the forum are customers are like yourself.  We don't know and the answer can vary depending on which pre-owned phone is shipped to you.  You do have a 30 day return policy and one year warranty.  If you don't like the phone, you can just return it.
