Seems like my plan has not renewed, and I have no data today (because I used up my full 12gb from the previous 90 days) - is there something wrong with renewals again?

@jctdot I've lost the complete picture. To see the actual date payment will be taken click My Rewards when logged into your account.
If calling/texting are functional then you've simply used up your data allowance. If so then three options:
a) manage with only wifi
b) buy a 1 GB add-on
c) renew your current plan early.

Still says "Payment Due Date: Dec 7, 2017"
This is a bit long of a wait though, for somebody with NO service.
seems like it's like cell phone service roulette every 90 days.
you just don't know if it'll work or not!
