My phone says my plan doesn't support talk or text!   Why has it changed?  How can I get back to my original plan?

Try power cycling your phone if you haven't already.  Sometimes this is all that is required.

Next, if that doesn't work, go into self-serve, and try to activate the LOST phone status for a 5-10 minutes,then activate the Found status/turn off lost .This seems to be working for some people lately.

Can you look in self-serve and see if it shows the proper plan?  Does your account say it is active?
