Payment issues AGAIN

My phone is due to be paid on the 12 of April

Yet today it will not call or text.

Please help!!!!

Its been a different issue every 3 months.... Yet they keep reassuring me its fixed

@gypsygrrl I don't think it's a payment-related issue if it happens 5 days before your payment date.  However, hopefully you have already reached out to the moderator team as per @Luddite, and get resolution quickly.

Let us know how it went. Usually it only have issues when you are actually due to pay.

No other route I'm afraid. 

By any chance are you on the 2016 $40 promo? Just curious.
