plan 200 mb add-on

I purchased twice 200 mb add-on and it is only showing 200 instead of 400

what can i do to fix this as i paid twice so i could have 400 not 200

You can contact a moderator click on the green questionmark in the white circle on the bottom right of your screen, it connects to the autobot Simon. Type "moderator, choose account specific question and speak to a human".  To get a ticket started. Explain what happened.  It will be checked for you.

@ilovepanama , do you see account funds in your account?  If you it means you topped up twice but only made one purchase.  You could make the second purchase or leave funds in the account for future use.
