Hello, my phone was stolen. The perps obviously were paying attention when I entered my phone code to unlock it each time. It is an iPhone. All of my available money and Apple wallet cards were used. I need the service cut off on the phone it is connected to; the iPhone; and I will pick up a new SIM card with my new phone I am getting today. I would like the service to be put on hold until I log back in later on and activate it. If you can locate my phone, that would be most appreciated.

Good afternoon public mobile! Thank you so very much for suspending my account during my issues.
I now have a new phone.
I wish you to take the “hold” off my account- and seeing as how I have logged in with my password- legally there is no condition that I have to verify any security questions.
If you want to ask me them, you can go ahead and do that anyway.
Either way, I just need to activate the account long enough because I’m going to Port the number now to my new wireless provider.
Legally, you cannot give me any trouble over there is even though I know you may try because your company has literally been quite difficult for me to deal with which is why I unfortunately had to change providers, but I require my phone number because that is the only way to restore my email and iCloud to get my double verification passwords.
289-988-4433 is the phone number and my new provider is Telus. Any other information you require for me please let me know so that we can get this done please at the most earliest convenience.

Just a side note, if you didn't have Find My turned on to track the phone, I'm sure you had Google on your phone like Gmail and maps and such. Try looking at your maps time line and see if it shows where your phone is. Then contact the police for help! You may need to provide the police with your serial number or IMEI number as proof of ownership.

@chelseahowse10 If you have “find my” enabled on your iPhone you can login with I pad or friends /family iPhone to your Apple account to try and track the device down or if you share location with family friends ask them to check their “find my”
