hi, so i lost my phone and have a new one. what i need to do to port the number to my new cell.

yes, you will keep the same number as long as you login to the app and buy esim using the same Public Mobile login you have been using

you need to download the PM app on the new phone, login and buy the esim from the app on the new phone. Can you do that now?
