Hi,
I requested to transfer my number. Currently, the data is working and i am able to calling out. However, all the incoming calls and messages are still on the old provider. It has been two days like this. Can you please assist?

As mentioned above, your port is stuck. Fastest way is to contact Telus porting team as described above.

Try rebooting, removing and reinserting SIM card.
If that doesn't work, call the porting helpline at 1-x for trouble with porting.
